| Main field of researches is dedicated to study of the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of nanocarbon materials including development of in-situ diagnostic method for characterization of the CVD process by optical emission spectroscopy, characterization of structural, electronic and optical properties of nanocarbon materials, evaluation of mechanisms of formation of nanocarbon materials. Also involved in the researches on development of applicability of nanocarbons in electronics, electromechanics and optics. |
