Scientific Interests
After joining the group
of Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos in 2009
the research in the field of DNA sequences has become my major scientific interest.
Both analytical and computational methods are being studied. Currently I'm involved
in the research project concerning the application of statistical methods (such
as DFA, DNA walks and etc.) Using these methods we try to discover the order
in seeming chaos of the DNA sequences of certain groups of bacteria. The report
on the project is expected to be published in summer 2010.
