Common information

My name is Egor Alexandrovich Maresov.

I was born in 1983.

I reside in Strasbourg (France) and in Moscow (Russia) alternately.

Education: M.Sc., Physical Department of Moscow State University Lomonosov (MSU), Dat praemia gratia.

Lieutenant of reserve.

At present time I am an aspirant at the Physical Department, MSU, Moscow and a PhD-student at Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg.

Experience: programmer-developer (2 years), telecommunications engineer (1 year).

School-time

Studying at school, I participated school olympiads and won some of them, including Moscow municipal Olympiad (Literature, II), Mathematical Olympiad of MSU (Mech-Math, III), Physical and Mathenmatical Olympiad of MIPT (winner), Moscow circuit olympiads (Physics, I; Mathematics, I; Programming, I; Biology, II; "Intellectual Marathon", II), district olympiads. Also I successfully participated in such competitions as the Soros Olympiads (Mathematics, Physics) and the Moscow municipal Physical Olympiad of Phys.Dep. Moreover, I took part in the VII Open Russian school conference in the field of Physics (III place).

I graduated from the physical and mathematical school #1557 in 1999 as a medallist with only excellent marks in the school-leaving certificate. Then I passed exams of MIPT and the Physical Department and choosed entering MSU.

Education

I study at the Chair of Polymers and Crystals, the laboratory of the Theoretical Physics of Polymers. At present I have excellent marks except 5 good ones.

Also I am a student of the High Computer School attached to the CMC (VMiK), MSU - 1 year.

Experience

In 2000 I jointed as a programmer in a large-scale software company SoftPro (also known as a billing holding company CBOSS), where I had been worked till 2001. My functions were development, coding, testing and documenting. I had designed several projects, including algorithmic, network, database and interface applications.

In 2003 I worked for a month in a military unit (air defence) as a programmer. There I participated in a project concerned with network communications, GUI and algorythms. My functions were development, refactoring, codind and documenting.

In september 2003 I entered into LUXOFT (a branch establishment of IBS holding) as a probationer. During probation I was involved in the refactoring of a system which controlled and operated distrubuted elements (smart motes). After probation I was assigned in Dell company. There I worked as a programmer for a project refferring to the Internet selling system till 2004 July.

In June 2004 I became an engineer of telephony in CompTek. There I was at technical support of telecom developers, also I programmed some systems for the office use. I worked in CompTek till September 2005.

In September 2005 I left Moscow for Strasbourg. There I entered the Institut Charles Sadron as a doctorant researcher. Now I work there, I investigate solutions of amphiphilic co-polymers by theoretical methods.
